Rainfall from the initial outer bands of Tropical Storm Hanna will continue to move north over northern Maryland and the eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Through 4 am...the heaviest rainfall will affect a line along and north of Keyser West Virginia to Hagerstown Maryland. Rainfall amounts of around one quarter of an inch an hour will be likely...with some isolated amounts up to half and inch. A lull in the precipitation is expected after 5 am. However...additional bands from the tropical storm are expected to affect the area later in the morning.
