The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am EST this morning.
Fog has become dense across central lower Michigan and this fog is expected to expand to the south overnight. Visibilities will frequently be reduced to a quarter mile or less. The fog is expected to burn off after the sunrises with visibilities rapidly improving by 9 am.
