Hello kj5052, Thank you for your question. I appreciate that we can compare space weather to weather on Earth, and the stronger effects of the previous named can be visualised on some points of the globe with simple cameras - how is my photo apparat for example -, and via personal perception, too. /continuation/ You see, during last years the particles of the cosmic radiation achieved the inner regions of the Solar system in increased scale (rate). It is supposed that you know the possible correlations between the symptoms of lower solar wind speeds and the named radiation of high speed particles which try to penetrate into heliosphere. Who could not appreciate now its accurate date regarding the solar wind speed mentioned there, then, correlated with this newer information about those forthcoming spacial and 'earthy' weather conditions of that day? And newly, the row of these new dates regarding the lower solar wind speed which occured sometimes since December of last year, allowed to conclude out some new probabilities regarding the short-term changing of weather in our Carpathian basin-region, too. More clouds, cooler weather for winter, despite the general tendency of global warmth observed during last elongated 'summer', temporarily - I thought. Like a cool earthy weather front arrived. Danube, You are so kind to give such a detailed answer. I was hoping it was not rude or stupid to ask you. This is fascinating and I am more intrigued than ever. It is a far cry more technical than our Farmer's Almanac. It will be interesting to see what, if any, correlations those to predictive mechanisms have.
